    Great post! I had never heard of yoga wheels and I do yoga quite often. Wow, they are very different and no doubt will take off in the yoga community.

      Yoga wheels have been around for some time now. They aren’t just limited to yoga practitioners but dancers will use them as well to improve backbend stretch and flexibility.

      More recently, yoga wheels have gained in popularity among the yoga community as another useful yoga prop. They help to stretch and release tension and muscular tightness in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, and hip flexors. Furthermore, they assist with improving yoga postures as well.

      I have not personally tried a yoga wheel. I tend to align with the traditional yoga postures. I think yoga wheels are good for those who want to expand and further their yoga skills. Not only will they advance yoga techniques but will help with meditation too.

    This is a very interesting article. I really enjoyed reading it. I had never heard of a yoga wheel before, but I can see how it would be beneficial. I have neck and back problems from a car accident, and I’m thinking it might be helpful for the muscle spasms.

    I took a yoga class many years ago, and I often think I would like to give it a try again. I have to be careful due to my neck problems, and there are some positions that I can’t do (such as the candle!), but I really enjoyed it.
